CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 170(FIN) "An Act relating to the Alaska                                                                  
longevity bonus program and the Alaska senior benefits payment                                                                  
program; and providing for an effective date" which had been held in                                                            
third reading (page 1670) was before the Senate.
